Calling all artistic Teens! Submit your best drawing in one or both of two categories -- Manga and Non-Manga/Traditional -- and win prizes! Submit your work in person or via e-mail to jvisnaw@livonia.lib.mi.us (Civic Center Library), noblelibrarian@yahoo.com (Noble Library), or pgoonis@livonia.lib.mi.us (Sandburg Library).
